Quill – Virgo Zodiac Doll

It’s your time of the year, Virgos! Happy birthday! Sara from Bella de Luna and I made you this librarian cat, Quill. Quill’s made entirely from scrap fabric of the earth tone variety (you’re an Earth sign who favors green, brown, gold, and navy!). She embodies the typical Virgo spirit by being analytical, organized, detail-focused, practical, and maybe a little bit of a workaholic. Equipped with glasses, a smart floral blouse, a long forest green skirt with lace, a stack of books that needs sorting (all books about cats, obviously), and a to-do list, Quill is ready to take on the day ahead.

*Special note: Quill is on sale because, while working late at the library one evening, she tripped and fell backward into the corner of her metal book sorting cart and accidentally caused a small rip in her blouse. She had a sewing kit in her car and was able to successfully mend the tear with thread and a tiny bit of fabric glue for extra strength. Quill was relieved to fix it, but also upset because it’s her favorite (and only) blouse. It’s located on her back (pictured) and is not terribly noticeable, but Quill is a bit of a perfectionist and embarrassed by it, so don’t let on that you know.

Strength: Has just the right highlighter and sticky note for everything

Weakness: Can’t help but point out the spot of dirt you missed

Care Instructions: Do not machine wash. Spot clean when necessary by hand washing only and allowing to air dry.
